Online voting is now open for the 2023 MEA Election! Vote and be entered to win a YEAR of FREE electricity. Members who also vote online will be entered to win a weekly prize drawing for a $200 gift certificate for power. All you have to do is login to your SmartHub account at the link below, and select the "Vote Now" button at the top of the page when you are logged in. This year's election includes two At-Large Board of Directors seats and four proposed bylaw changes. You can read the candidate bios and watch their candidate videos, as well as the bylaw changes, in the online voting portal or on the elections webpage at www.mea.coop/2023elections. Printed election materials with information on each candidate and ballots were mailed to all MEA members on March 30, 2023. All ballots must be received (not postmarked) by Monday, April 24, 2023 at 5:00 p.m. If voting by mail, please be sure to sign the back of the return envelope otherwise the ballot will be disqualified.

If you are an MEA member and your name is on the following list, our records show there was a problem with the signature on the ballot we received. Please contact MEA at 907-761-9300 or 907-689-9300 to resolve this issue. Mail-in and electronic ballots must be received not later than 5 p.m. Monday, April 24, 2023.
