(MEA) is soliciting proposals from qualified licensed and bonded Contractors to install new roofing atop of existing roofing to our mechanics shop located at MEA’s Palmer Headquarters location at 137 E Industrial Way, Palmer AK 99645. A mandatory Pre-Bid site visit meeting is scheduled for 11:00 am (AKST), Wednesday, January 22, 2025 (AKST) at 163, E. Industrial Way, Palmer, Alaska. Attendance at this conference is mandatory for consideration of submitting a proposal.

MEA is seeking contractors who wish to become pre-qualified and eligible to perform work on the Owner’s distribution and transmission facilities during 2024-2025. To become pre-qualified, contractors must submit, and MEA must approve, the documentation outlined in the notice and execution of the Vegetation Management Services 2024 (Contract). The pre-qualification submittal period is open from February 25, 2024, through December 31, 2025.
