Palmer, AK - MEA is pleased to announce we are now offering an online application process through DocuSign for members and builders for Simple Temporary Service construction projects. MEA has been working to provide online application options for builders and members, and will be adding more online application service options for our members soon.

At this time, the online application process is only offered for Simple Temporary Services for new construction projects. To see if your construction project qualifies for the online application process, please take the New Construction Questionnaire. If after answering our New Construction Questionnaire it is determined that your construction project does not fall under the Simple Temporary Service category, please contact Member Services at 907-761-9300 to initiate an application for your construction project.

In addition, Letters of Agreement (LOA) can now be signed (and paid for when applicable) electronically via DocuSign. Please make sure to ask the MEA Engineering Technician you are working with about signing your LOA via DocuSign.
