MEA offices that were previously closed or had limited hours due to COVID-19 safety guidelines will be fully reopening or returning back to normal business hours as of Tuesday, July 6, 2021. This includes the reopening of MEA’s Palmer office lobby to members and the Eagle River office location will return to full business hours. As of July 6, 2021 MEA’s Palmer, Wasilla, and Eagle River lobbies will be opened to members Monday through Friday from8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Members can access a variety of member services at our office locations including signing up for service, paying your bill, and updating your account information. Please note that we will be asking members to practice safe social distancing inside our lobbies so please utilize the floor markers while waiting for service. Sanitization stations will also be provided to members in our lobbies. Members can still utilize contactless member service options by going to our website (www.mea.coop) and accessing your SmartHub account, or by calling Member Services at 907-761-9300where a Member Service Representative can assist you.
