August 27, 2019 Palmer, AK – MEA contract crew, Fullford Electric, will be conducting field asset surveys of MEA property and equipment along Knik Goose Bay Road near the Cottle Substation from mid-August through the end of October. Crews will be accessing public rights-of-way and MEA’s rights-of-way (easements) and will not be accessing members’ private properties unless granted prior permission by the member.
