The New Service Allowance (NSA) is a program designed to help you offset the costs of bringing power to a property that qualifies as a permanent status. Members may see a credit of up to $1,000.00 and cost of the transformer for single phase services, or $2,000 for three phase services. Only one NSA is available for any parcel of real property. The NSA is only available for the first secondary service. Properties on which the Association has previously installed facilities are ineligible for NSA.
